This project entailed assembling and installing a complete kitchenette
in an upstairs loft. A bit of creativity was required to secure
the cabinets due to the limited access to framing in the wall behind
the cabinetry. The left base cabinet also features a pull-out
trash can on sliding rails for easy access without the mess.
Not shown were the custom countertops installed after this picture was
taken.
Bathrooms
The pictures to the right show work done to finish the guest bathroom
for this customer. In addition to installing the shower door at
the top, Choreboy completed the detail work of installing the very
classy hardware and cabinet fronts on the vanity pictured.
Not shown is the vanity, sink, and solid-surface countertop installed
in the downstairs half-bath by Choreboy to complete renovations of this
room.
Laundry
There's never enough storage in the laundry room, but this layout makes
excellent use of the space available.
This project involved refurbishing and installing an old wall cabinet
salvaged from another portion of the home. The full-size
utility cabinet was added in the corner to provide storage for larger
items. Meanwhile, the folding shelf with a sturdy hanging rod
above helps keep the clean clothes organized and wrinkle-free.
The sorting cart rolls neatly under the folding shelf to utilize this
otherwise wasted space.
