This was a fairly extensive construction project to refurbish the
exterior of a sunroom constructed over a former concrete patio behind
the home. Although the exterior of the sunroom had suffered
serious weathering with age and shifting of the foundation, the
structure of the room remained sound.
The pictures to the right and below show some of the damage that had
been repaired to both the trim and brick veneer of the structure.
The pictures below shown the condition of the sunroom after completing
the renovations. New brick veneer around two walls of the
structure ties well with the existing brick of the sunroom and main
structure. After extensive preparation and replacement of
water-damaged trim, the sunroom once again complements the rest of the
house. Even the family dog in the left picture seems happy with
the improvements! :-)
